Bluewolf Launches Digital Marketing Assessment Service

Global consulting firm Bluewolf (which was acquired by IBM in March) today introduced the Bluewolf Digital Marketing Assessment, a service designed to help marketers unlock the full potential of their cloud-based marketing automation solutions from companies like Salesforce.com, Marketo, and Oracle. The Bluewolf Digital Marketing Assessment will audit current business and technology performance and recommend plans to generate greater returns from existing marketing automation investments.

"Today's cloud marketing automation solutions have tremendous power to drive business results like never before. Many companies, however, are just beginning to leverage its full power," said Corinne Sklar, chief marketing officer at Bluewolf, in a statement. "Through our Digital Marketing Assessment methodology, Bluewolf can provide marketers with the best strategy, systematic approach, and global resources to more effectively leverage their marketing automation solutions and drive more compelling returns from these investments."

The Bluewolf Digital Marketing Assessment provides the following:

  • Performance audit: Bluewolf's marketing experts analyze and scorecard all functional areas of current marketing automation technologies and provide a qualitative assessment of technology usage compared to industry best practices.
  • Action plan: Armed with actionable insights, Bluewolf determines next steps and quick wins with existing technology, creates a matrix to determine priorities based on the needs of the business, and provides a big-picture view into how current processes and technologies work within the business.
  • Measurement: Finally, the team recommends the most effective metrics and processes to continuously track improvements over time.

"The Bluewolf Digital Marketing Assessment is a strategic plan of action, not simply a review of existing marketing technology," Sklar said. "With our deep Salesforce.com and multi-cloud expertise, Bluewolf is also uniquely positioned to help clients integrate their marketing automation software with their Salesforce.com CRM solution to drive even greater value from both investments."
