Bluenose Partners with Marketo to Deliver Intelligent Marketing Campaigns

Bluenose, a customer success platform that helps businesses reduce customer churn and identify opportunities for growth, today announced a partnership with Marketo, a provider of marketing software.

Launched on Marketo LaunchPoint, an ecosystem of marketing solutions, the Bluenose partnership extends Marketo's capabilities to help marketers segment, target, and tailor marketing campaigns that reflect product usage, and to provide a deeper look into the customer lifecycle.

Using big data algorithms and predictive analytics, Bluenose provides a 360-degree view of each customer. Along with a proprietary health scoring that acts as an early warning sign of at-risk customers, Bluenose empowers companies to  put resources toward the right clients at the right time.

LaunchPoint spans across all areas of marketing, including content marketing, customer data, analytics, social media, mobile marketing, top of the funnel, CRM services, and agency managed services, among others.

This integration uses Marketo's SOAP API to deliver a seamless connection between Bluenose and Marketo.

Bluenose in May announced an integration with Salesforce.com with its release of Bluenose for Salesforce on the Salesforce AppExchange.
