Avoka Launches Avoka Transact for Salesforce

Avoka, a provider of digital customer acquisition for the financial services industry, today launched Avoka Transact for Salesforce, which enables financial companies using Salesforce.com to extend their reach to digital account opening.

Avoka Transact for Salesforce adds frictionless customer experiences for digital account opening, onboarding, and service transactions directly into the Salesforce.com ecosystem. Businesses can leverage Salesforce processes while taking advantage of the Avoka Transact platform as the system of engagement. This complete integration allows customer input to be captured by Avoka Transact and directed to Salesforce.com, and for pre-filled, mobile responsive forms to be pushed to customers from Salesforce.

"Superior customer experience is key for Ebury," said Toby Young, chief technology officer at Ebury, which is using Avoka Transact and Salesforce, in a statement. "Giving our Salesforce-based sales and operations teams complete visibility of the transactions executed through the Avoka system, within the context of an individual customer, is part of being able to delight our customers."

"Salesforce.com is a great tool for managing customer relationships, but extending application forms out to customers and tracking progress takes place out of the system, causing a sales visibility gap," said Phil Copeland, CEO of Avoka, in a statement. "Avoka and Salesforce are natural partners, as between us we can ensure a smooth path for customer acquisition and onboarding across the entire customer journey."

With Avoka Transact for Salesforce. companies can send customers links to digital forms pre-filled with data from Salesforce, with forms able to directly fill Salesforce.com fields and trigger workflows once returned. Sales and support teams can watch and interact as customers are completing forms. And digital identity verification, digital signature and data capture from social media are all part of the standard omnichannel customer input.

Avoka Transact for Salesforce is now listed on the Salesforce AppExchange.
