Aptean Offers Email and Address Validation to Onyx CRM Users

Aptean now will offer Experian Data Quality address and email validation to its Onyx CRM customers. The integration will enable users to check the accuracy of their incoming customer contact data in real time.

Experian Data Quality validation integrates directly into the Onyx CRM platform. Each time contact information is entered, the software instantly validates the information to ensure the details are complete, accurate, and deliverable. If an inaccuracy exists, the tools automatically will correct the error or prompt the user to find missing information.

"In today's data-driven business culture, organizations need accurate and accessible data for an ever-growing list of business practices," said Thomas Schutz, senior vice president and general manager of Experian Data Quality, in a statement. "We are excited to work with Aptean to bring leading data quality tools to their customer base to improve operations as well as consumer insight and analytics."

On average, U.S. organizations believe a quarter of the information contained within their database is inaccurate, according to a recent Experian Data Quality study. Experian Data Quality address and email validation ensures cleaner data for core pieces of contact information that affect marketing message delivery, tax calculation, customer intelligence, product shipment, and much more.
