123ContactForm Launches 123FormBuilder for Marketo

Online survey and form builder 123ContactForm has integrated with Marketo, a provider of marketing software and solutions.

The new solution, known as 123FormBuilder for Marketo is located in Marketo LaunchPoint and is aimed at B2B and B2C marketers in businesses of all sizes, but especially those at enterprise level. The integration lets marketers build custom surveys and use them to gain insight and add prospects to their marketing database. Online forms and surveys can be placed on a Web site or blog, in email messages, on social media, on the sidebar of a Web page, or on landing pages. They collect leads that can then be imported into Marketo, continuously and in real time.

Users can build forms and surveys inside 123ContactForm, share them where needed, and collect data inside Marketo. The data can be used for email campaigns, market research, or making informed marketing decisions. Marketers can interact with visitors in a user-friendly way, for example, with auto-responders, “thank you” messages and branded surveys or forms.

"Research has found that there is a natural deterioration of up to 25 percent per year in marketing email lists. This obviously reduces the effectiveness of the communication," said Florin Cornianu, CEO of 123ContactForm, in a statement. "123FormBuilder for Marketo overcomes this problem by ensuring that contacts not only remain current but that fresh ones are also gathered, and brings with it the added benefit of continuously engaging customers and prospects via a well-placed survey."

Conditional logic ensures intelligent survey behavior, with survey questions being shown or hidden depending on users' selections, along with custom notifications in the form of direct email alerts thatare sent straight to the appropriate team member.

123FormBuilder for Marketo works directly in the browser.

"We're excited that 123ContactForm is joining LaunchPoint to offer our customers the ability to build user-friendly online forms, said Lou Pelosi, senior director of LaunchPoint at Marketo, in a statement. "As the role of the marketer continues to evolve, Marketo is committed to cultivating an open platform that empowers customers with the flexibility to select the best marketing technology solutions for their business needs."

"Forms and surveys save time, keep everything together, secure leads, and allow marketers to instantly target campaigns based on the results," Cornianu added. "123FormBuilder for Marketo answers this need by integrating two powerful services. When you take into account that research has found that customers will manage 85 percent of their relationships without talking to a human by 2020, you realize that email marketing is going to remain as relevant as ever."

123ContactForm previously launched partnerships with MailChimp, Constant Contact, and AWeber, and integrations with ExactTarget and Salesforce.
