Nominations are now being accepted for CRM magazine's 2019 Customer Service Rising Star awards. These awards recognize up-and-coming or recently revitalized customer service vendors that are shaking up the contact center industry with an innovative product, a significant merger or acquisition, or a smart organizational restructuring effort. Candidates will be evaluated based on their efforts during the past 12 months. The deadline for entries is Friday, January 18, 2019.
