NetBase Launches Brand Live Pulse

NetBase, a provider of social intelligence, has launched Brand Live Pulse, offering instant visibility into the social movement of brands.

Brand Live Pulse is a highly visual social dashboard that works on smartphones, tablets, and billboards. Brand Live Pulse provides users with access to real-time insights anytime and anywhere.

NetBase developed Brand Live Pulse to provide a live view of brands on social media. Brand Live Pulse allows users to share real-time data on brand performance with management, internal teams, and others, without having to develop and print reports.

With the Brand Live Pulse, organizations can do the following:

  • See a live update of how many people are talking about their brands and be the first to know if there is unusual activity;
  • View the intensity of chatter around their brands by state to identify and focus on geo hot spots; and
  • Instantly see what’s trending for their brands and see who is driving the conversations.

"It can be hard to convey the power of social inside the company in a way that all departments and managers will understand," said Pernille Bruun-Jensen, chief marketing officer at NetBase, in a statement. "We developed Brand Live Pulse because our customers asked us for a live view of their brand that can be accessed instantly and shared across the entire organization. Our biggest customers are currently using Live Pulses, and they love the results. There is no other product like this on the market."

This latest product launch comes nearly two years after NetBase launched its first social media monitoring tool. the Enterprise Social Intelligence (ESI) platform.
