Talygen Launches CRM App on BlackBerry

Talygen, a provider of business management automation, has introduced an advanced BlackBerry app that is fully integrated with its cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) application.

Now, companies and their sales teams have one integrated solution to manage the most common CRM functions. The app has rich functionality for lead management. It allows the sales team member to create contacts for the lead, schedule follow-ups, add notes, and much more.

.

The BlackBerry app provides the following CRM capabilities:

  • Sales team members can add leads;
  • Once a lead has been created, contacts for that lead can be added;
  • Follow-ups can be set up for the lead and a particular contact can be specified;
  • Notes can be added for the leads;
  • Leads can be edited or deleted; and
  • Lead owners can be set and then changed.

"We have made Talygen the most advanced business management automation package in the industry today. Companies can run their entire business using Talygen," said Harold Saini, chief program manager at Talygen, in a statement. "Processes and workflows that previously had to be managed manually or via individual software applications can now be managed via Talygen. This application is an amazing product for any business organization, big or small. You can manage every aspect of your business, employees, contractors, and customers."

The core Talygen application needs no installation; it is a pure Web-based application and will work with any modern Internet-enabled browser. Talygen also offers custom apps on iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, and Blackberry to help keep its customers organized. In addition, Talygen also offers optional desktop solutions for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, for companies wanting OS-specific features like screen capture and activity logger.
