Fini Launches Scout, an AI Coworker for Support Teams

Fini, a customer support company, today launched Scout, an artificial intelligence coworker for support teams that works inside Slack.

Scout can read every ticket, review and call transcript; spot patterns; fix the help center; and correct bugs with evidence.

Support teams ask Scout questions in plain language in Slack, such as "Why did CSAT drop last month, and has it recovered?" It reads across tickets, chats, call transcripts, public reviews and internal threads, and answers with the customer quotes attached. It can watch every conversation as it comes in or only what the team specifies.

When the team corrects it, Scout remembers. When it finds the fix, it prepares the work that follows, drafting the help article or filing the bug to Jira or Linear with the root cause attached.

"Getting an AI agent live is only the beginning. Products change, customers ask new questions, and the knowledge behind the agent has to keep up. We built Scout to take on more of that upkeep from inside Slack, where support teams already work, while keeping the team in control of what gets approved," said Deepak Singla, CEO and co-founder of Fini, in a statement.

Scout connects to more than 100 tools and works alongside customer-facing AI agents from other vendors.
