ChurnZero Launches Kit AI Assistant
Customer growth platform provider ChurnZero today launched Kit, an artificial intelligence assistant for customer teams.
ChurnZero Kit knows companies' customers, how their teams operate, and what success looks like in their businesses, using account data and internal knowledge to deliver relevant answers that reflect the full customer relationship.
With Kit, users can ask questions about a single customer or an entire book of business, then put the answer to work across their accounts by creating tasks, drafting personalized outreach, or saving account lists as dynamic segments to launch a play or journey. Kit offers answers from the full record and keeps customer details securely in ChurnZero.
"Customer teams already use AI to make sense of their accounts. What they're missing is an answer they can trust without going back and checking the work," said Abby Hammer, chief product officer and chief customer officer at ChurnZero, in a statement. "Kit starts from everything your team already knows about an account, so every answer comes with the history, what's worked before, who the players are and how your team runs. And it doesn’t just answer. It initiates real work, whether that's reaching out to the customer or setting things in motion on your side, and every piece of it is built for that account and that moment. With Kit, teams see shifts earlier and get more of their week back for the work that grows relationships."
Kit draws on account data in ChurnZero, teams' own Knowledge Sources, and companies' Customer Intelligence Profiles to answer questions. When drafting emails, Kit follows users' AI Writing Profiles, matching how they greet, ask, and sign off, the words they reach for, and the rhythm of their paragraphs. Every draft is personal to the customer receiving it and the person sending it.
Because Kit knows ChurnZero, a single question can become a program that runs on its own. Users can ask which accounts are nearing their license limits, create tasks for each one, and then save the list as a segment that serves as the entry criteria for an expansion play. As other accounts approach the limit, they enter the play too.>
Kit works within the controls already in place. Administrators manage access through permission groups, and each user sees only what current permissions and account roles allow. Administrators also decide which knowledge Kit uses, and nothing reaches customers until a team member reviews it.
Users can access Kit from the top bar on any ChurnZero screen, even as they move through the platform, or use it in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
