Contentsquare Updates Experience Platform

Contentsquare today announced its reimagined Experience Platform to help users understand and optimize human and agent journeys, grounded in trillions of interactions.

Contensquare's new Experience Platform captures every signal including traditional human browsing, multi-device journeys, voice and chat conversations, and the rising wave of large language model and autonomous artificial intelligence agent interactions, in real time.

"The rules of customer experience are being rewritten," said Jonathan Cherki, CEO and founder of Contentsquare, in a statement. "Businesses now need a consolidated view of the full spectrum of customer interactions across sessions, devices, and channels. Not only their customers, but also the LLMs and AI agents acting on their behalf. The winners will be those that can turn every signal into intelligence, and every insight into better journeys quickly and automatically."

Contentsquare's Experience Platform captures every signal across web, mobile, conversations, and AI agents into a single foundation and 360-degree view of each user experience over time. New and expanded capabilities include the following:

  • Human, LLM and agent interactions analytics, which separates and analyzes LLM and agent traffic alongside human sessions, so users can optimize journeys for LLM referral and agentic commerce, not just human visitors.
  • Conversation intelligence and chatbot analytics, which brings voice and text conversations, chatbot interactions, and agent dialogue into the journey as events and links conversations directly to on-site and in-app friction.
  • Multi-session journey analysis, tracking each customer's full path across sessions, channels, and devices.
  • Automated WebMCP monitoring, capturing autonomous agent activity.
  • Multi-touch attribution model, which traces conversions across every touchpoint. ncluding LLM and AI-referred traffic.

The platform extends via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), bringing trusted experience data into Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Figma, Dust, Cursor, VS Code Copilot, and Amazon QuickSight.

The platform's agentic AI layer, Sense, identifies friction and performance opportunities, quantifies the financial impact, and writes emails, tickets, and notifications directly into a team's existing workflow. Sense is getting more visual with Visual Stories and smarter with memory and context. It's now available as a mobile app andnow includes native agentic experimentation, forming hypotheses, designing and coding, launching tests, and validating the revenue impact, all in one place.

A new Benchmarks capability, built on 10 years of zone-level data, compares specific features, elements, and flows against industry peers.

Contentsquare also integrated the platform with testing and personalization partners like Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, and Kameleoon for deeper testing and personalization needs.

"AI is only as powerful as the context behind it," Cherki said. "A deep behavioral and contextual data foundation makes a real difference, and what excites me most is what it unlocks: the ability to understand more of the journey, make better decisions faster, and continuously optimize experiences for both people and agents. Every business dreams of truly understanding the lifetime value of its customers. Now, it's finally possible."
