Gong Announces Mission Callisto
Gong, a revenue artificial intelligence company, today introduced Mission Callisto, its latest product launch, anchored by Gong Enrich, which expands the Gong Revenue Graph with richer third-party account and contact data.
Mission Callisto also introduces Deep Mode in Gong Assistant, along with enhancements to Agent Builder and Gong Dashboards
Gong Enrich expands the Gong Revenue Graph with third-party contact and account data. Customers can connect multiple supported providers and configure Gong. The enriched data, including information from a growing network of Gong Enrich Data Partners, including Apollo, Findymail, Firmable, Kernel, LeadIQ, Lusha, RocketReach, Wiza, ZeroBounce, and ZoomInfo, appears directly in seller workflows in Gong. Reps can fill in missing contact details with a single click, while teams can automate enrichment at scale by tasking Custom Agents with this when specific conditions are met. Because enriched data becomes part of the Gong Revenue Graph, it strengthens the context available across Gong's Revenue AI.
Additional Mission Callisto innovations include the following:
Agent Builder enables teams to create Custom Agents that automatically run in response to the events and conditions they define. It adds to Gong's ability to manually trigger Custom Agents whenever teams need them. Teams can define the trigger, conditions, and actions in a visual editor or describe the agent they want in their own words.
Gong Assistant gains Deep Mode for complex strategic questions that previously required teams to gather information from multiple systems and connect the dots themselves. Gong Assistant has also been embedded in Deal Boards and Account Boards, so leaders can get the answers they need while staying in their existing workflows, compare deals or accounts, explore follow-up questions, and determine where to intervene. Gong Assistant also now enables teams to build Gong Engage Flows from natural language requests.
Gong Dashboards expand beyond forecasting to cover the full revenue lifecycle, giving RevOps a single place to track performance at every stage of the business,. Teams can define metrics once in Gong Data Studio and reuse them across every view, so sales, marketing, and customer success all work from the same numbers.
"Every revenue decision is only as good as the context behind it," said Eilon Reshef, chief product officer and co-founder of Gong, in a statement. "Gong Enrich makes sure that context doesn't stop where the conversation ends. It automatically extends to every account and contact a team touches and flows straight back into the Revenue Graph. Better context makes everything built on top of it better, too. Assistant gives sharper answers, agents act more reliably, and the numbers on a dashboard are ones you can actually trust. That's the difference between AI working from the full picture vs. AI guessing."
