LeanData Updates Its GTM Platform
LeanData has updated its GTM platform with capabilities that let ops teams use artificial intelligence inside process flows, capture meetings booked anywhere, and follow a full buying group in one view.
"As GTM becomes increasingly AI agent-driven, LeanData's role is to make AI outcomes fast and trusted," said Katy Keim, CEO of LeanData, in a statement. "This release makes AI a building block, not a tool bolted onto the stack. Ops teams keep control and gain simplicity in how they administer their workflows. Everyone's racing to ship the flashiest agent. We’d rather fix what's happening under the hood, because that's what decides whether the AI actually works."
The following two new capabilities let ops teams ask questions in plain English and call an AI model inside a routing flow:
- LeanData AI Assistant, a natural-language copilot inside FlowBuilder, lets admins describe what they want in plain language and get help building, understanding, and troubleshooting routing flows. It provides guided help in building and debugging complex FlowBuilder graphs.
- AI Inference Node, which brings large language model-powered reasoning into routing decisions. Admins can call an AI model mid-flow to classify, extract, summarize, or infer attributes from record data, then route on the result.
Additionally, Journeys, previously known as Buying Groups Edition, unifies customer signals across every deal and buying group, so GTM teams stay aligned and up to date on the next move. Journeys automatically identifies buying group members across deals, visualizes engagement and journey progression in one place, and lets reps act without switching tools. Teams align around a shared account view, accelerating sales cycles with full-context signal tracking and boosting conversions by turning signals into coordinated action that keeps deals moving.
BookIt for Tradeshows introduces a new Tradeshow experience that lets admins configure tradeshow-scoped scheduling in one place. This allows for event attribution and reporting.
Other changes introduced include the following:
- D&B Whitespace enriches Account Hierarchies with Dun & Bradstreet corporate-family data so teams can see the full account tree. This feature turns the hierarchy from a static map of known accounts into a live view of expansion opportunity across the corporate footprint.
- BookIt Integration with Outreach and BookIt Integration with Salesloft are new integrations that bring BookIt directly into the sales engagement platforms.
- BookIt MCP Server updates expand the model context protocol (MCP) from primarily read-only investigation workflows into admin automation for common BookIt user-management and booking-intervention tasks.
