HubSpot and OpenAI Deepen Partnership

HubSpot has added capabilities in its updated HubSpot connector for ChatGPT, allowing users to run email campaigns, create landing pages for ads, analyze closed-won deals, optimize for artificial intelligence search with AEO, and understand which leads are progressing, all right in ChatGPT.

"Putting AI to work shouldn't require businesses to rebuild the way they work," said Brian Landsman, vice president of global partnerships at OpenAI, in a statement. "Connecting ChatGPT with the customer knowledge in HubSpot helps teams do more with what they already know, from creating a campaign to preparing for a customer conversation. Together, we're making AI more useful and accessible to the businesses that want to grow."

HubSpot has also integrated with ChatGPT Ads.

By bringing ChatGPT Ads directly into HubSpot, companies can reach more audiences in AI search alongside other channels where they advertise, build campaigns, set budgets, and launch ChatGPT Ads alongside every other channel. Because it's built on CRM context, targeting is smarter and users get true ROI analysis on ChatGPT ads spend. They can trace closed deals back to the campaigns that started them.

Businesses that also use HubSpot AEO now have one place that brings together paid and organic AI search efforts, with a full picture of how they show up across answer engines, recommendations to improve visibility, and now the ability to launch ads on ChatGPT right from HubSpot.

Together with OpenAI, HubSpot is also offering an exclusive AI Growth Bundle.

"We've been working with OpenAI because we share a belief that AI shouldn't just benefit the biggest companies," said Duncan Lennox, chief product and technology officer of HubSpot, in a statement. "With our HubSpot connector for ChatGPT, new ChatGPT ads integration, and new AI Growth Bundle offer, we're giving every scaling business a real shot at showing up where buyers are, understanding what's working, and acting on it quickly. That's what this partnership is really about."
