Pinnacle Ai Expands Booking, Messaging, and Automation Controls for Small Businesses

Pinnacle Ai, a business software and support company serving small businesses, has released updates focused on booking accuracy, customer messaging, and automation flexibility, giving business owners more control over how availability is calculated, how guest information is collected, and how automations run across their customer records.

The new platform updates include the following:

  • Smarter Date Range Counting for Calendars: A new "Count available days only" toggle lets businesses exclude weekends and closed days when calculating booking windows for Calendars, Services, and Rentals.
  • WhatsApp Messaging Limits at the Portfolio Level: WhatsApp messaging limits now display accurately based on Meta's shared portfolio (WABA) model rather than showing limits per phone number.
  • Guest Enhancements in Calendars: Businesses can now choose which guest information to collect for each booking, including name and phone, name and email, all three, or guest count only.
  • Recovering Phone Numbers from WhatsApp Username Adopters: A new "Share contact info" button can be added to WhatsApp templates or workflows. Businesses can convert username-only leads into fully contactable records that support calls, exports, and phone-based automations.
  • Bulk Automation Triggers for Companies and Custom Objects: Businesses can now select multiple Company or Custom Object records from a list view and trigger a workflow for all of them at once, with progress tracking and record-level results. Automations can be applied to existing records without manual, one-by-one updates.
  • Improvements to workflow email sending, announcement targeting, and content creation tools. Businesses can now assign a specific verified sender domain to each workflow's email actions, and administrators can target announcement banners to specific sub-accounts or users with multi-condition rules.
  • A beta version of Certificate AI, allowing businesses to generate certificate designs from written descriptions.

"Small businesses are not short on software. They are short on time, follow-up, and clear systems. Our goal with Pinnacle Ai is to keep making the platform more useful, more practical, and easier to run with real support behind it," said Charles Higgins, founder of Pinnacle Ai, in a statement.
