PolyAI Integrates with Epic EHR

PolyAI has integrated its conversational intelligence technology with Epic's electronic health record systems through the Connection Hub on Epic Showroom.

With this integration, PolyAI's dialog agents handle scheduling, prescription refill requests, and routine inquiries across more than 75 languages. Information flows bidirectionally between the two systems.
