Convey Acquires Selectron
Convey, providers of an engagement operating system for utilities and regulated industries, has acquired Selectron, a provider of citizen engagement, field operations, inspection management, and payment solutions for utilities, state and local governments, cooperatives, and public safety organizations nationwide. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Convey is the omnichannel communications and engagement operating system purpose-built for utilities and regulated industries, while Selectron provides trusted solutions for citizen engagement, electronic bill presentment and payments, inspections and field operations.
Together, the combined company offers a broader portfolio of solutions that helps utilities and state and local governmens strengthen engagement across the entire customer and citizen journey, from proactive communications and self-service to bill presentment, processing payments, field operations, and inspections,
