Calendly Introduces Routing Forms

Calendly, a scheduling platform provider, today released Calendly Routing Forms for automating scheduling through websites or links.

Calendly Routing Forms use screening questions and routing logic for teams to automate prospect and customer needs evaluations before routing them to specific booking pages to schedule meetings.

Calendly Routing Forms let sales teams design their intake forms to prioritize or close high-value leads by scheduling demos based on the company's industry, size, and other requirements. Marketing teams can direct qualified website visitors to the sales team immediately by asking a question about company size. Customer support teams can route customers with technical or billing issues to their help centers or directly to support team members' Calendly booking pages.

Calendly admins and owners can create and manage intake forms for teams within a few minutes or export them for internal review. Once published, Calendly Routing Forms can be embedded into websites and/or shared externally by teams via links.
