Infobip Expands Oracle Partnership
Infobip, a cloud communications company, will enable Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience (CX) users to orchestrate consumer interactions using Oracle Digital Assistant. Infobip' solutions are also now available on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace to help businesses deliver personalized, omnichannel messaging and nurture customer relationships across WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS.
Oracle customers can access Infobip's WhatsApp API to deliver promotional and transactional messaging, ranging from package delivery notifications, account information, and booking confirmations to loyalty points reminders and monthly statements. Similar features are available via SMS, depending on the services and available channels. Oracle customers using such services might also be able to track open rate and engagement .
In addition, the Oracle Digital Assistant has integrated Infobip's WhatsApp solution, so businesses can manage incoming and outgoing messages, send rich media, and input location.
