StackCommerce Acquires the Fascination

StackCommerce, providers of a commerce and content platform for digital publishers, has acquired The Fascination, a discovery and commerce marketplace for direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The move follows last year's acquisition of BrandCycle, an affiliate marketing and influencer network. It adds unique, premium DTC companies to StackCommerce's shops and affiliate offerings for publishers.

The Fascination currently features around 200 companies, which are personally tested and curated, on its site.

With the addition of The Fascination, publisher and brand partners at StackCommerce can now opt in to new CPC and whitelisting opportunities and gain an increased ability to produce in-depth product reviews based on extensive testing. Built on Shopify tech, the marketplace enables Stack to integrate more seamlessly with sellers on the platform.

The marketplace lets shoppers search by values that matter to them, like sustainability, diversity, and more.
