ON24 Acquires Cloud Video Software Company VIBBIO

ON24 has acquired VIBBIO, a cloud video software company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The VIBBIO technology will be integrated across the ON24 Platform. Users will be able to leverage VIBBIO across their webinar, event, and personalized content marketing activities and generate more first-person data. Customers can create short- and long-form videos to promote digital events; reuse event content by creating highlight clips available on-demand; produce assets for social media engagement; or deliver personalized messages for landing pages or email and account-based marketing campaigns,– all within the ON24 Platform.
