Cognosante Introduces CognoConnected

Cognosante has launched CognoConnected, a dedicated customer experience (CX) business sector to help organizations achieve successful CX mission outcomes.

CognoConnected delivers solutions in four key areas: access to information, customer engagement, CX optimization, and automation and analytics.
