Vendasta Acquires CalendarHero

Vendasta, providers of a digital sales platform for local businesses, has acquired meeting and appointment scheduler CalendarHero. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, sales, marketing, and customer success teams will be able to do the following:

• Offer self-booking and online payment for appointments or events;
• Reduce no-shows and prepare for meetings with automated reminders;
• Customize calendar availability for meetings;
• Route meetings to available team members; and
• Automate meeting-related tasks with more than 60 app integrations.

A full Vendasta platform integration is in development. As a result, partners can anticipate CalendarHero functionalities to work seamlessly with acquisition tools and Vendasta CRM.
