Avtex, an end-to-end customer experience consulting firm, has acquired NuSoft Solutions, a Detroit-based provider of digital consulting solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, most notably around Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
