Neura Launches Neura Moments

Neura, providers of an artificial intelligence-powered platform for personalization of digital experiences, has launched Neura Moments to help businesses identify mobile app users' real-life situations in a specific context, place, and time. Neura Moments are situation-aware and actionable and predict intent.

The Neura Engagement Intelligence layer can identify which features of an app are used at specific moments. This enables developers to route specific interactions with consumers through Siri Shortcuts.

Neura Moments can be combined with Neura True Personas to uncover new customer engagement opportunities for product companies and apps. Based on physical world data, Neura learns, then predicts precise moments throughout a user's day. These unique trigger points, or real-world engagement opportunities, allow apps to fuel intelligent customer journeys that are accessed via API calls, such as a user is heading to bed, user has arrived at their exercise location, or user is idle at work.

"Intelligent, relevant interactions that seamlessly blend into each user's day-to-day life transform the consumer experience, increase user engagement, and enable brands to form sustainable one-to-one relationships with their customers," said Neura's co-founder and vice president of product, Ori Shaashua, in a statement. "Neura's understanding of the moment or context of an anonymous user's activities in the real world can be used to uncover which features of an app can increase engagement rates if delivered through this new communication channel."
