Acxiom Launches Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment

Acxiom, an enterprise data, analytics, and software-as-a-service company, has launched the Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment, a privacy-safe, closed-loop marketing analytics solution.

Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment is a fully managed service that integrates online and offline data from disparate sources using Acxiom's AbiliTec and LiveRamp Customer Link. It provides a unified customer view across multiple touch points and connects online and offline purchase activity in a privacy-safe way.

Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment is fully integrated with LiveRamp Connect, enabling marketers to take action based on the analysis. With the option to use Acxiom's data science experts, the solution also helps marketers directly address resource bandwidth gaps. Acxiom acquired LiveRamp in 2014.

"Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment accelerates speed to insight by eliminating common obstacles faced by marketers due to disparate data sources, media fragmentation, consumer privacy concerns, and scarcity of skilled resources."

Functionality offered as part of the Acxiom Marketing Analytics Environment includes the following:

  • The ability to unify online and offline data using the people-based recognition capabilities of Acxiom AbiliTec and LiveRamp Customer Link;
  • Privacy-safe data anonymization and matching within Acxiom's Safe Haven to protect consumer privacy;
  • Marketing analytics and modeling applications to create insights and transform them into target audiences;
  • Data activation across an ecosystem of more than 300 integration partners via LiveRamp's onboarding;
  • Acxiom Managed Services;
  • Prebuilt integration to analytics tools such as Tableau, Rev R, Hive, Pig, Spark, Oozie, and more, with plans to expand to further tools; and
  • Access points for partner code, third-party tools, and data.
