Klout Partners to Expand Influencer Analytics and Loyalty Offerings
Klout today announced separate partnership deals with Badgeville, a provider of gamification solutions for businesses, and Simply Measured, a social media analytics company, to bring its tools that measure a person’s level of thought leadership and influence in social media to more brands.
Badgeville, maker of the Behavior Platform, will now include users’ Klout scores to surface and reward influencers across a brand’s online communities.
Badgeville's clients rely on Badgeville to identify, reward, and promote brand advocates and quality contributors via social rank and reputation systems. The partnership enables Badgeville customers to incorporate Klout scores to enrich their gamification programs, maximizing social media influence and advocacy, rewarding users that are most likely to impact loyalty, engagement, and commerce metrics, as well as social sharing and referrals.

Being integrated into Badgeville's Behavior Platform is a great way for Klout to help organizations identify and reward top influencers in their community, and Klout has a unique set of information to help them do that," said Joe Fernandez, CEO of Klout, in a statement.
Badgeville provides reputation analysis based on behaviors performed on a brand's Web and mobile sites. The integration will be distributed by Badgeville, and initially for the first half of 2012, will be delivered to Badgeville customers at no incremental cost.

The other deal with Simply Measured will yield a new reporting suite for brands. The collaboration between Klout and Simply Measured will help brands leverage Klout's data in context with other social media metrics and measure how influencers impact social media programs.
