Spanlink and Altitude Partner on Contact Center Agent Scripting Tools

Altitude Software and Spanlink Communications today announced a partnership that enables Spanlink to resell Altitude's agent script development tools and unified desktop solution.

These offerings integrate with Cisco contact center solutions and allow Spanlink customers to edit or change agent scripts and call campaigns. "We're always looking for ways to help our customers save time and money while increasing customer satisfaction," said Eric LeBow, CEO of Spanlink.

"With our Altitude partnership we're thrilled to be able to offer our customers solutions that help them build effective call campaigns faster than ever before, and with less technical intervention."

Spanlink will be working with Altitude to deliver a wide range of their solutions, including the Altitude Scripting Studio and Altitude Unified Desktop. Altitude's Scripting Studio is an environment for creating new services and campaign flows and enabling non-technical users to create and run multichannel campaigns that are  integrated with business workflows. Altitude's Unified Desktop streamlines multiple applications into a single agent desktop and gives customers direct access to databases. Its extendable data model provides relevant information on the agent desktop and allows agents to focus on customer needs and campaign goals.

"Spanlink and Altitude Software both have 20 years of experience working in the contact center arena, delivering substantial business results," states Mark Lepko, Altitude Software's president for North America. "Altitude Software's powerful tools can help Spanlink deploy flexible technology that effectively improves, in real time, some key business processes in the contact center."
