Pardot Adds Integration with Citrix GoToWebinar, Cisco WebEx, and ReadyTalk

Pardot announced earlier this week that its cloud marketing automation platform has been integrated with the top Web meeting solutions for a more complete webinar planning experience.

Pardot users can now access GoToWebinar, WebEx, and ReadyTalk directly from Pardot's platform, making it easier for marketers to register prospects for events, report on event attendance, and display and score prospect activity.

"Webinars are clearly an important part of online marketing," said Pardot co-founder and chief operating officer Adam Blitzer, "but like any other activity, if its not built into a company's overall marketing automation initiative, the value of webinars is diminished. By integrating with the top webinar solutions, we&'re ensuring that event data is clearly factored into marketing plans and campaigns. We're also giving clients the freedom to choose a webinar system that is best for them."

With Pardot's webinar integration, users can do the following:

  • Register prospects for WebEx, ReadyTalk and GoToWebinar events from Pardot forms via completion actions;
  • Display registrations and attendance as activities in the prospect record and score them;
  • Report on registrations and attendance for all webinar events; and
  • Automatically pull in prospects who exist in WebEx, ReadyTalk or GoToWebinar but not yet in Pardot.

Adding a webinar connector to Pardot gives users the ability to integrate webinar data into their email and drip marketing efforts, automatically segmenting prospects into targeted campaigns based on the events for which they registered, whether or not they attended, and other common factors. This information allows Pardot users to create laser-targeted marketing messaging based on a prospect's exact interests. Webinar actions like registrations are also displayed in the prospect activity record in Pardot and the CRM, giving sales teams added visibility into a prospect's interaction with their brands.
