SAP AG outlined its new and enhanced CRM analytics offering as part of the latest version of mySAP CRM announced in June. New analytics capabilities in mySAP CRM include real-time analytics to leverage customer insight during each customer interaction; marketing optimization to boost response rates; sales, marketing and service business planning to closely measure performance against strategic targets; and out-of-the-box analytics scenarios. By enabling deep integration with multiple sources and applications across the enterprise, organizations can now better measure and predict customer actions by transforming raw information into business strategies for optimizing the most profitable customer relationships, according to the company. ChannelWave Software, a provider of partner relationship management solutions, has released ChannelWave 6, a complete system for helping companies market, sell, and service their products more effectively through both indirect and direct sales channels. ChannelWave 6 streamlines, integrates, and automates the full range of sales, marketing, and channel management business processes into a single Web-based application. This allows businesses to speed channel recruitment and ramp-up, deliver secure, targeted information to the right channels, reduce sales and marketing expenses, and increase pipelines and close rates, according to ChannelWave.
Kaidara Software, a provider of service and support solutions, introduced Kaidara Advisor 3.0, the industry's first personalized support resolution platform. Kaidara Advisor 3.0 provides advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities that accelerate the accurate resolution of customers' support requests through Web site, call center, dealer, partner, and field-service channels. The addition of personalized interaction stems from Advisor 3.0's ability to adapt to the user's experience level or job function, the user's language, and the user's choice of service channel. Surebridge, an application outsourcer for mid-market companies, today announced new bundled pricing for CRM Online by Surebridge. Surebridge is packaging its hosting services with Microsoft Business Solutions CRM software licenses for a single monthly fee, which it hopes will provide more purchasing flexibility for customers and enable its Microsoft-certified channel partners to offer this competitive pricing. Surebridge is one of the first application outsourcers selected by Microsoft Business Solutions to offer its CRM solution in a hosted environment. SPSS has announced the availability of SPSS 12.0 for Windows and SPSS Server 12.0 for Windows. This latest version of SPSS includes a new presentation graphics system, enhanced data and output management, and the new SPSS Complex Samples add-on module for analyzing survey data. EZ-Data has added capabilities to its CRM system, called the Client Data System. The enhancements for the solution, aimed at the financial services sector, are to a number of product modules, including Investment Tracking, Commission Tracking, Pending Case Management, E-Z Mobile, and E-Z Mobile for Pocket PC, the company says.
