ACCPAC has released version 5.5 of its CRM suite. The Web-based solution touts a new user interface and significant enhancements throughout its sales, marketing, and customer care functions. ACCPAC CRM 5.5 also introduces expanded email integration and response management with support for most email systems, the company says. ChannelWave Software announced the availability of its new Mid-Market Edition, designed specifically for companies with revenues up to $100 million. According to ChannelWave, it is a fully Web-based solution and provides channel management infrastructure aimed at helping businesses to compete more effectively and to create a sustainable distribution advantage.
Talisma has announced the release of Talisma WebCenter 5.0. The company says the new suite has updated technologies for managing cross-channel customer interactions via any platform, including real-time chat, collaboration, and instant messaging. Concerto Software has released the newest version of its outbound customer contact solution, Unison Version 7.0. According to the company, the product delivers greater system capacity, redundancy, and performance for businesses that produce high call-volumes and need to improve campaign effectiveness. ACT! is now available on Blackberry handhelds, thanks to a new solution called Handheld Contact, provided by Wires-End. Epicor has launched a new mid-market solution called Epicor for Service Enterprises. Based entirely on XML Web services and the .NET framework, the solution aims to enable services organizations to improve staff utilization, streamline billing, prioritize important projects, and drive more profitable engagements, all while increasing customer satisfaction. Motiva has announced the general availability of Motiva 9, which it is calling its most significant product release in the seven-year history of the company. The Enterprise Incentive Management Suite brings technology enhancements to companies focused on aligning workforce performance and compensation plans with business goals. Motiva 9 includes several new and unique features, such as Web services integration, advanced incentive plan modeling capabilities, and complete globalization, the company states. NativeMinds has released a new virtual-representative solution for the consumer packaged goods industry. The company avers these "vReps" are designed to enable companies to provide automated brand awareness capabilities via the Net. The vReps can help sign up customers for newsletters and provide FAQs to Web-site visitors. Databeacon, a Web reporting and analysis firm, this week announced the availability of Databeacon Collaboration Edition. This new release gives organizations the ability to publish and disseminate live Web reports and data analysis to a large number of employees and partners over corporate extranets or the Internet. ServiceWare Technologies announced the addition of a mid-market product suite to its portfolio of enterprise knowledge management solutions for customer service and support. ServiceWare Express is designed to enable midsize enterprises or call center and help desk divisions of large enterprises to effectively use corporate knowledge to improve customer satisfaction, enhance service quality, and reduce operating costs. WebSideStory has launched its latest version of HitBox Commerce, a service that helps retailers to optimize their cross-channel tracking, analysis, and marketing activities in real time. The new version also contains lifetime customer analysis features, as well as customizable executive dashboards, according to the company.
