WebSideStory has released HitBox Enterprise 9, the latest version of its Web analytics suite. The new version is easier to install and use, the company says, making analytics data more relevant to the end user. Two standout features are the products-report builder and activity monitor. The report builder simplifies the building and running of Web data reports for the nontechnical user, while the activity monitoring capabilities give users critical Web metrics at a glance, placing the data right next to the respective links as the user views the site. Pivotal has introduced new and enhanced functionality for its Pivotal Healthcare Insurance solution. The product now features a new online enrollment product, powerful campaign- and lead-management functionality via Pivotal MarketFirst, and support for multiple rate structures. In addition Pivotal Healthcare Insurance includes a set of modules for sales, marketing, underwriting, enrollment, and renewal of individual and group health insurance plans for healthcare payers and third-party administrators and their agents.
Click Commerce and its subsidiary Allegis have released version 7.0 of the Allegis eBusiness Suite. The 7.0 release includes new tools to reduce the cycle time and improve the accuracy of the channel-forecasting process, improvements to existing workflow and tracking tools, and support for seven new languages. The suite also includes better support for Microsoft .NET, as well as better tools for capturing critical sales data from disparate areas, according to Allegis. Avidian Technologies has released Prophet 2004, a CRM solution for midsize businesses based entirely inside Microsoft Outlook. The product features sales tracking, personalized group email, contact management, reporting, and sales data--sharing capabilities, all inside Outlook's interface. Envision Telephony has expanded its product suite with the introduction of Envision Logging, which adds recording capabilities to the Envision suite. The new product integrates with the company's existing quality monitoring and eLearning solutions so that companies can develop, train, and motivate contact center agents more effectively by recording their interactions, according to the company. Portal Software has added features to its convergent billing solution. Designed to further accelerate time-to-market and enable operators to efficiently roll out new services, the new release includes a next-generation GSM solution, a new Pricing Center, and the joint Portal and Siebel Systems TelcoOne integration solution. Initiate Systems, a provider of customer data-integration software, has announced the availability of Initiate Identity Hub 4.0. The solution gathers customer data from several sources to create a complete customer profile. Upgrades include improved reporting capabilities to provide greater insight into relationships among data; enhanced algorithms for more powerful searching and matching; new security features to support regulatory requirements for data privacy; and improved integration with existing enterprise systems to decrease costs.
