Several hundred Oakwood Homes employees across finance, sales, and building operations groups will receive MicroStrategy operational reports daily. Oakwood employees will use the reports to gather proper documentation to ensure home closing processes. Oakwood is expecting the recently introduced reports to reduce the average number of days a service request is open by 20 percent.
