Engagor's integrated platform combines social analytics, engagement, CRM and team management to provide a one-stop-shop for all social needs.

"It's no longer enough to just listen to and analyze the social conversations around your brand. Companies have to engage and respond to stay connected to their customers and provide real value," said Folke Lemaitre, founder and CEO of Engagor, in a statement. "Customers are constantly talking about brands on the social Web, and it's challenging for large enterprises to keep track of it all. Customers not only expect brands to respond to their questions, they also want to engage in real conversations. Engagor's powerful tool helps social media teams manage these conversations, reply to customers' questions, and engage with their social audience."

Engagor monitors millions of sources across the social Web, in more than 180 languages, to track all relevant conversations about brands, products, competitors and industries. Analytics provide reports on the company's online reputation, customer engagement, social campaigns, social profiles, and more. Engagor also offers real-time workflow capabilities, built-in social CRM, and team collaboration tools.

Engagor also completed a $2.6 million Series A funding round led by Hummingbird Ventures. "Engagor is the next generation social media engagement tool, and we are proud to invest in the company," said Frank Maene, lead investor at Hummingbird Ventures, in a statement. "We were impressed by the breadth and depth of the product and the range of large customers on the platform. Companies like PepsiCo, Volvo, McDonald's, and IKEA are using Engagor to engage with their customers in a structured real-time manner, even with large teams of 20 people and more. Thanks to Engagor these companies can manage thousands of social conversations on a daily basis."
