Customer Wins Webcom, a provider of quote-to-order enablement for selling complex products and services, announced that Aqua-Chem selected Webcom WebSource CPQ solutions for its quote-to-cash process. Aqua-Chem, an integrated group of companies that serve the energy and environmental markets, will use WebSource in its Cleaver-Brooks division for configuring, pricing, quoting, and ordering.

Chip Ganassi Racing, an auto racing team in NASCAR, the Indy Racing League, and the Grand-Am Series, selected UniPress Software's FootPrints to replace a spreadsheet-based tracking system. Chip Ganassi will use FootPrints to automate and standardize the company's help desk operations for its six help desk agents. FootPrints is a Web-based service-desk solution. VenturCom, a global provider of designing and developing software solutions for Windows operating systems, announced that Time Warner Cable's Greensboro, NC, system has selected VenturCom's BXP software for its call center operations. The new solution will enable agents at 200-seat Greensboro Call Center on-demand streaming of both the operating system and applications. NEWS FrontRange Solutions reported an increase in revenues and profits for the quarter ended October 31, 2004. Revenues for the quarter increased to $20.2 million, an increase of more than 20 percent from the $16.8 million for the same three-month period in the prior year.
