Confirmit Launches a Mobile Feedback App
Confirmit, a provider customer experience, employee engagement, and market research technologies, today launched Confirmit MyMobile, a customizable mobile feedback and research app.
The mobile app lets businesses channel market research, voice of the customer, and employee insight back to the right stakeholders via any type of mobile device, including iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and mobiles, BlackBerry, and Nokia. Confirmit MyMobile also integrates with photo, video, audio, and GPS capture capabilities to provide rich feedback and can run offline so feedback can be captured anywhere, at any time.
