Aprimo Claims 65% Growth in 2001

Privately-held Aprimo, a CRM-related software developer, claims it had a banner year in 2001 with revenue jumping 65 percent. In the fourth quarter alone, Aprimo says its revenues grew 78 percent compared to the same quarter in the prior year, thanks largely to new customers such as J.D. Edwards and Practising Law Institute. This growth bucks the trend of other companies, specifically high tech, which witnessed their sales slump after the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks. an 500 branches with 13,000 employees, needed to expand upon its award-winning homegrown CRM system. To do this, Countrywide selected Siebel Employee Relationship Management (ERM) to streamline employee communications and Siebel eFinance Call Center for customer support. "Our agreement with Siebel Systems reinforces our ongoing commitment to provide the highest level of customer service across all product lines and channels of communication," Richard Jones, managing director and chief technology officer at Countrywide said.
