3CLogic and PowerNet Global Announce Technology Partnership

3CLogic, the provider of a cloud-based contact center solution hosted through Amazon Web Services (AWS), has teamed up with PowerNet Global, a telecommunications voice services provider, to integrate voice, data, and SIP carrier services with 3CLogic's advanced call center software.

Mat Ziebro, executive vice president of Sales at PowerNet Global, believes in the success of this partnership. "We are very excited about joining forces with 3CLogic. The combination of their software solution with our voice services creates a one-stop-shop for a scalable and reliable package for contact centers of any size," he said in a statement.

"Bringing on PowerNet Global on as a partner gives our customer base stronger choices when it comes to their voice carrier.
