Zyme Launches Cloud Platform 3.0

Zyme, a provider of channel data management (CDM), has launched the zyme cloud platform 3.0, powering the New Smart Channel to help companies optimize the performance of distribution channels through timely, actionable intelligence.

Zyme offers complete channel visibility through a cloud platform that ingests raw partner data, transforms it into intelligence using proprietary technologies and rich content libraries, and makes this intelligence actionable through analytics dashboards and integration with other business systems.

>With the zyme cloud platform 3.0,companies have broader access to on-demand channel data, delivered through a multitenant cloud architecture. The platform handles data in any format and any transmission mode and covers distributors and resellers in more than 150 countries and 15 languages.

The zyme cloud platform 3.0 offers targeted solutions that address the following areas:

  • E-commerce: zymeEcommerce gives companies a comprehensive picture of online shelf space and tracks competitors' product positioning, pricing, and perception metrics across e-commerce channels to deliver actionable market intelligence and uncover the drivers of price erosion.
  • Channel Partner Incentives with zymeIncentives, which automatically calculates and validates rebates and credits earned by partners and communicates and facilitates incentive payments to channel partners.
  • Internet of Things (IoT) zymeCDM can track connected devices down to individual serial numbers in real time and map out the complete route to customer for manufacturers.

"The zyme cloud platform 3.0 makes our proprietary technologies and comprehensive content libraries, including more than 1.5 million channel partners and the largest directory of products and retailers, available to customers through a modern, scalable, SaaS platform. Global enterprises have immediate access to complete, accurate, and timely data from resellers and distributors to unlock the enormous value that had previously been trapped in the channel due to inefficient and outdated reporting systems and processes," said Chandran Sankaran, Zyme's CEO, in a statement.
