WorkWise Releases OnContact CRM 10.3

WorkWise, a CRM and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software developer, has released OnContact CRM 10.3, featuring mapping enhancements designed for travel efficiency, as well as enhancements to email processing and the utilities function.

CRM 10.3 allows users to save maps and view all CRM contacts in a specific search area, along with potential opportunities that reside in that area. Additional mapping enhancements include Route Planning, which helps users plot out the best traveling route and schedule appointments.

Additional OnContact CRM 10.3 features include the following:

  • Email processing enhancements with a spell checker, layout design, ability to add hyperlinks and customize email layouts.
  • Force selection of property before building lists of operators, preventing invalid operator for field type selection with the searching and filter building feature.
  • Import utility function, which allows users to load data into the CRM database.

"We are thrilled about the latest CRM 10.3 release, which comes complete with updated mapping features," said WorkWise's president and CEO, Wayne Wedell, in a statement. "These enhancements enable users with the ability to devise and carry out easy and efficient travel plans."
