Wishpond Acquires Winback

Wishpond Technologies, a provider of marketing-focused online business solutions, has acquired SMS marketing solutions provider Winback from AtlasMind for $700,000.

Winback provides Wishpond with automated SMS marketing solutions, including a cart abandonment tool.
