Viabl Adds Relationship Automation to SugarCRM
Viabl, a provider of relationship automation software and proactive customer relationship management, has launched Viabl for SugarCRM
"No longer do you have to manually dig into your CRM data to build relationships and take action," said Josh Sweeney, CEO of Viabl, in a statement. "Viabl's relationship automation changes the paradigm by making data actionable and providing insight into the status of customer relationships through proactive notifications."
Viabl's relationship automation features do the following:
- Give account managers and salespeople data to stay in touch with clients and contacts at the proper frequency.
- Enable sales teams to maintain an appropriate cadence of touches beyond the initial phone call or demo.
- Eliminate human error like forgetting to reach out to sales opportunities and multiple members of a sales team making contact with the same individual.
In addition to Viabl's relationship automation functionality, SugarCRM users will benefit from Viabl's built-in, one-click activity features that reduce the effort required to log data in SugarCRM by as much as 94 percent. Viabl's one-click activity functionality enables SugarCRM users to log calls and voicemail, set meetings and take notes, and send personalized email messages.
