Vertafore and Microsoft Partner for Insurance Solutions

Vertafore, a provider of insurance technology, today launched Vertafore Agency SalesTrack, a customer relationship management (CRM) system built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Customized for independent insurance agents, SalesTrack integrates with AMS 360 to centralize customer information and increase visibility into the key performance indicators (KPIs) impacting insurance sales. Vertafore and Microsoft have partnered to create this solution, which promises to help improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, maximize deal profitability, and better align with the customer buying process.

This increases agent productivity by eliminating duplicate data entry, enabling agents to not only meet their sales quota, but also provide exemplary service to their clients."

Vertafore Agency SalesTrack streamlines and supports sales operations, providing the infrastructure agents need for ongoing account management from the prospect stage to conversion as a customer. The software seamlessly integrates with AMS360 Online to provide a 360-degree view into the entire customer journey.

Vertafore Agency SalesTrack is highly customizable to meet the needs of producers as well as managers, with personalized dashboards to display individually tailored KPIs, open leads, and sales target progress, in addition to providing aggregate views of team and campaign performance.

This latest partnership builds on a previous relationship the two companies established in April 2015, when Vertafore gave insurance agents access to the capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
