UserTesting Adds MCP Servers

UserTesting, a provider of customer insights, has launched Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers for both UserTesting and User Interviews platforms, giving product, design, user experience, and research teams direct access from within artificial intelligence applications like ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, and other MCP-compatible clients.

The new capability embeds customer insight directly into AI-powered workflows, allowing teams to recruit participants, create studies, launch tests, and retrieve customer feedback without leaving the tools where ideas are generated. They can also validate AI-generated concepts with real people before launch and turn raw sessions into synthesized findings, with every takeaway anchored to the evidence behind it
