Trumpia Releases Auto Campaigns Advanced Marketing Feature

Trumpia, a mobile messaging and multichannel marketing automation software provider, today released Auto Campaigns, a feature that lets users set rules-based conditions that when triggered, automatically initiate a workflow. The app can be used for both mobile (SMS and mobile app) and email campaigns.

With Auto Campaigns, retail stores can automatically remind their customers of coupons they haven't used within a week of being issued. Coffee shops can use Auto Campaigns on their loyalty rewards program to automatically send alerts when customers reach nine points are only one point away from a prize. Companies can send personalized birthday wishes or coupons to specific clients.

But Auto Campaigns is not exclusive to marketing. It can also be used to automate internal communication within organizations. For example, a company could distribute email newsletters to all of its employees and have follow-up messages automatically sent based on which links each individual clicked.

"With technology this sophisticated, the possibilities are nearly endless," said Trumpia CEO Ken Rhie in a statement. "Trumpia is continuously innovating to bring the most advanced messaging and marketing software to our customers, and Auto Campaigns is the next evolution of this."

For Trumpia, it's been a busy couple of months. About three weeks ago, the company released SMS Click-Thru Tracking, whichlets users track when customers click the links sent in text messages. A few months earlier, it released Dynamic Targets for email marketing campaigns.
