Treasure Data and Sinch Partner
Treasure Data, a customer data platform (CDP) provider, is partnering with Sinch, a provider of cloud communications and mobile customer engagement solutions, to enable personalized conversations with customers across channels, automating conversations using chatbots and voicebots and servicing them through service agents.
