Spredfast Introduces Intelligence for Social Data

Spredfast, provider of a social software platform, today launched Intelligence, a social solution that enables companies to better inform their social strategies with timely data and actionable insights. This latest offering delivers access to Facebook, Twitter, and Tumblr data, giving brands and media companies the information they need to engage in smart social.

With this latest offering, Spredfast is empowering customers to listen and engage on a single platform. Integrations with the iSpredfast Conversations and Experiences products ensure that customers can join the right conversations, at any digital touch point, quickly.

With more than 4 billion pieces of data created and shared every day on social, the Spredfast platform delivers an integrated solution that helps brands and media companies find trends and topics first, build the best content, and create memorable interactions at every customer touch point.

The solution features the following four key components:

  • Discovery: Intelligence opens the door for social discovery allowing users to delve into any topic. Users can identify subjects their audiences are talking about, how they're talking about them, and who the most influential people on a topic are. Users can also set notifications for customized topics to inform them when a subject starts trending on Facebook and Twitter, providing an opportunity to join the conversation in the most opportune moments.
  • Inform Strategy: The insights users garner from monitoring trends and benchmarking performance allow them to better engage audiences and guide content publishing on various channels. Intelligence users can determine which conversations to participate in and understand when a conversation is either on the rise or heading for a decline. This information gives brands a stronger understanding of the type of content that resonates more with their community and can be used to better plan content and optimize every interaction in real time.
  • Predict: Intelligence predicts the virility of trends and offers insight on how and when to engage. It also allows the user to see when a subject starts trending downwards, and when it's time to move on from a given topic.
  • Analyze and Benchmark: Intelligence indexes data from Twitter and Tumblr, helping users look at their performance yearly, monthly, and even weekly. On-demand filters like geography, language, time, top media, links, gender and age can help identify whom a conversation is reaching and how to engage new audiences. Intelligence allows the user to instantly search any topic to see the volume, virility, and origin.
