Qualtrics Integrates with Slack

Qualtrics, a provider of customer experience management, is partnering with Slack, provider of a team communication platform. This partnership enables Qualtrics users to conduct surveys and receive notifications within Slack, enabling organizations to measure and respond to customer feedback in real time.

That's why we're constantly developing innovative solutions to provide timely, relevant customer insights," said John Thimsen, head of engineering at Qualtrics, in a statement. "By partnering with Slack, we’'e making it easier than ever for organizations to get the right information to the right people at the right time so they can delight their customers."

The Qualtrics and Slack integration enables organizations to do the following:

  • Disseminate important information faster as key stakeholders receive instant notification via designated Slack channels.
  • Coordinate and direct action. Using smart logic, when a customer responds to a survey, Qualtrics can automatically route the response/action trigger to specific individuals or channels depending on who should be notified and what actions need to be taken.
  • Conduct surveys within Slack. Organizations looking to improve processes or get immediate feedback can receive responses by creating Qualtrics surveys within Slack and sending them to entire channels.
