Promoter.io Launches NPS Loyalty Analytics Platform

Promoter.io today is launching a new platform that completely automates the delivery, calculation, and feedback loop of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) in an entirely self-service cloud-based platform complete with analytics.

Companies can proactively engage their customers to identify their strongest brand advocates, or promoters, to drive increased customer recommendations and referrals. Actionable customer insights and other predictive analytics can be acted on instantly from within the app.

Promoter.io also raised $1 million in seed funding to fuel the launch.

"Promoter.io has done an excellent job of enabling the kind of lean NPS process we recommend," said strategic advisor and investor, Fred Reichheld, creator of the Net Promoter Score, in a statement. "With a nice balance between self-service simplicity and a powerfully comprehensive solution, Promoter.io stands out as one of the real leaders in the customer loyalty space."

"It can be devastating for a company to fail to understand how their customers truly feel about their brand. We built Promoter.io to make it incredibly easy to engage customers using a proven method that will lead to revenue growth, increased profitability and reduced churn," said Chad Keck, CEO and co-founder of Promoter.io, in a statement. "Our mission is simple: We empower all businesses to drive consistent, profitable growth by focusing on what builds loyal customers."

In beta, Promoter.io was put to the test by Rackspace, TeamSnap, ZenPayroll, MaxCDN, SmugMug, Groove, LiveChat, Baremetrics, and dozens of other companies.

"Promoter has helped us tremendously. This is the only platform that allows us to drive highly actionable feedback from customers, analyze the responses for critical insights, and effectively close the loop, all in one place. Anyone not using this tool is doing a disservice to their company," said Joe Dan Dockrey, head of support at Rackspace, in a statement.
