Promoter.io Launches NPS Loyalty Analytics Platform

Promoter.io today is launching a new platform that completely automates the delivery, calculation, and feedback loop of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) in an entirely self-service cloud-based platform complete with analytics.

Companies can proactively engage their customers to identify their strongest brand advocates, or promoters, to drive increased customer recommendations and referrals. Actionable customer insights and other predictive analytics can be acted on instantly from within the app.

Promoter.io also raised $1 million in seed funding to fuel the launch.

In beta, Promoter.io was put to the test by Rackspace, TeamSnap, ZenPayroll, MaxCDN, SmugMug, Groove, LiveChat, Baremetrics, and dozens of other companies.
