PlanetRE Adds Microsoft Office and Outlook Integrations to Socialite CRM

PlanetRE, a CRM cloud vendor, has released an enhanced version of Socialite CRM with integration to Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook 2013, allowing sales agents and teams to manage key customer contacts, calendars, and events from a single place. It complements already existing integration with Google Apps, Facebook, and other social media contacts and calendars.

The new capability allows Socialite users to bring selected Outlook business contacts and calendar events into their CRM systems. The integrated database allows them to see all contacts and events in one place and manage changes. The new Office 365 cloud integration supplements existing outlook integration with older desktop versions.

Sales agents can now see a unified calendar dashboard of all the events/tasks, to-do lists scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly originating from applications like Office 365, Google, Facebook, CRM events, and planetRE Compliance transaction/escrow management systems.

"Email systems, business contacts, events, and to-do lists are at the heart of sales, especially in real estate. With agents managing new prospects, ongoing escrows, and other marketing events like open houses, it is critical to maintain and control contact, calendar, and communication from one place and not miss anything," says Subrao Shenoy, CEO of planetRE, in a statement. "PlanetRE Socialite unifies contact, calendar, and communication management and allows sales teams to run their businesses with efficiency using desktop or tablets."
